Smartkids India innovations Pvt Ltd., a leading book publishers in Vijayawada is looking for content creator/Subject Analyst.
Candidate should have expereince in a similar role are only preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and curriculum-aligned educational content for print and digital platforms.
- Develop lesson content, worksheets, activity sheets, assessments, question banks, and learning resources.
- Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand, student-friendly content.
- Prepare scripts, presentations, and learning materials for videos and digital courses.
- Collaborate with Subject Analysts (SMEs) to ensure academic accuracy and curriculum compliance.
- Coordinate with the Design and Multimedia teams to develop visually appealing educational content.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, grammar, and quality.
- Research educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies into content development.
- Update and revise existing content based on curriculum changes, feedback, and product requirements.
- Ensure all content adheres to the company's quality standards, brand guidelines, and timelines.
- Create interactive learning activities, quizzes, games, and project-based learning materials.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of all content developed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new educational products and learning solutions.
- Support teacher training and product demonstrations by preparing academic and instructional materials whenever required.
- Perform any other content-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Excellent written English and grammar.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
- Understanding of school curriculum and pedagogy.
- Research and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools, digital content creation, and instructional design is an added advantage.
