Key Responsibilities:
- Perform color matching for inks/paints as per customer specifications and standards.
- Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shade variation, or performance issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of test results and maintain lab records.
- Support production team in maintaining quality consistency.
- Monitor and improve product formulations as required.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the laboratory.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of color matching techniques
- Understanding of ink/paint formulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
- Basic knowledge of lab instruments and testing procedures
Qualification:
- B.Sc./M.Sc in Chemistry or relevant field
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in ink/paint industry (preferred)
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
