- Maintain daily hotel accounts and financial records
- Record and verify guest payments and invoices
- Handle cash, bank, UPI, and card transaction entries
- Monitor daily expenses and income
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Manage GST billing and tax-related records
- Reconcile bank statements and payment collections
- Coordinate with reception and management for billing updates
- Track vendor payments and outstanding balances
- Maintain inventory expense records
- Support payroll and salary processing
- Ensure proper filing of bills, vouchers, and receipts
