We’re looking for a high‑impact HR Business Partner to support ADI India’s Hyderabad center. You’ll work closely with leaders to drive core people processes, enable talent growth, build a strong employee experience, and support a high‑performance culture.
This is a great role for an HRBP who enjoys strategic partnership + strong execution ownership and wants to grow into a larger HR leadership role.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to deliver HR programs across performance, talent, engagement, and culture.
- Support succession planning, high‑potential development, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with L&D and HR COEs to deliver leadership development and DEI initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and support change‑management activities.
- Coach managers on people practices, policies, and employee relations.
- Use HR metrics (hiring, turnover, engagement) to identify trends and recommend actions.
- Build trusted relationships across teams and ensure consistent HR program delivery.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree with 6-8 years of HRBP experience (total HR experience 10+ years).
- Experience in tech or semiconductor environment preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with high ownership.
- Strong business acumen, data-driven thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Collaborative, proactive, and high‑integrity HR professional.
