Key Responsibilities
- Landscape & Plant Maintenance: Designing, planting, and nurturing gardens, lawns, and green spaces, including pruning, watering, and soil management.
- Team Leadership: Supervising gardeners and maintenance staff, assigning daily tasks, and conducting training.
- Site Management: Ensuring safe and attractive environments for visitors, often managing irrigation systems and tree health.
- Inventory & Budgeting: Procurement of plants, fertilizers, and equipment; tracking materials and managing vendor relationships.
- Pest and Disease Control: Identifying, monitoring, and treating plant health issues using integrated pest management strategies.
- Project Planning: Preparing seasonal planting schedules, landscape designs, and reports on site status.
- Project Handover & Vendor Coordination: Taking over landscaped sites from projects team, coordinating with vendors.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
