We are seeking an experienced Accessories In-Charge to manage the sales, inventory, and operations of the accessories department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of genuine accessories, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 years of experience in automobile accessories sales, inventory management, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accessories department.
- Promote and sell genuine vehicle accessories to customers.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Monitor inventory movement and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and order fulfillment.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of accessories in the showroom.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports as required.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable accessories based on their requirements.
- Track sales performance and work towards achieving departmental targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and warranty-related matters professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and purchases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in automobile accessories sales, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of automotive accessories and their applications.
- Strong inventory management and stock control skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
