Job description : Finance Manager
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records (general ledger, AP, AR), prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations (GST, Income Tax, TDS) and coordinate with external auditors.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business decisions.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally) and other financial systems effectively.
Required Candidate profile
- Proven experience in finance management, preferably within the tech or cloud industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of GST, Income Tax Act, and TDS.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Strong leadership & team management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to set & meet team goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounting certifications (CA, CPA, CMA).
- Experience with cloud-based financial systems.
- Understanding of cloud computing business models.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
