Job Summary
BeastDrive is hiring a Malayalam Sales Caller to connect with potential customers, explain our services, and generate sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain BeastDrive's services and benefits clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Must be currently residing in Bangalore.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
