As a Cashier cum Accountant in the Operations Department of the Real Estate industry, your responsibilities include:
- Accounting Transactions: Manage all accounting transactions, including receipts and petty cash.
- Customer Life Cycle: Oversee the entire customer life cycle, from booking to document delivery.
- Associate Life Cycle: Manage the associate life cycle, from recruitment to retention.
- Office Administration: Handle office administration and housekeeping facilities.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain necessary documentation, ensure compliance, and generate relevant reports.
- Cash Handling: Have experience in handling cash transactions, both payments and receipts.
- MS Office Proficiency: Possess good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Work Schedule: Be willing to work on Sundays and festivals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
