About the Role
We are hiring a skilled and responsible Restaurant Captain to manage floor operations and deliver excellent guest service. The candidate should be confident, well-organized, and capable of leading a service team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
Welcome and assist guests professionally
- Ensure quick and attentive service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints
Team Management
Supervise waiters and service staff
- Assign duties and manage table sections
- Train and guide team members
Operations
Ensure smooth service flow during shifts
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely order delivery
- Monitor billing, KOT, and POS systems
Hygiene & Standards
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service areas
- Ensure staff grooming and discipline
- Follow all hygiene and safety standards

Recommend menu items and daily specials
- Upsell food and beverages
- Support revenue growth
Requirements
2–5 years experience in restaurant/hotel service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Customer-focused attitude
- Well-groomed and presentable
Salary & Benefits
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
