We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage government projects, coordinate with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and government departments, oversee tender documentation, maintain client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with government organizations, excellent communication skills in Gujarati, and the ability to lead teams while handling official correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of government and municipal projects.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate tender submissions and related documentation.
- Liaise with government officials, municipal authorities, and client representatives.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and government stakeholders.
- Draft and manage official letters, responses, and project correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and monitor daily project progress.
- Conduct regular team meetings and collect daily work reports.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with survey, GIS, technical, and field teams.
- Resolve project issues and escalate risks when required.
- Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Experience handling Government, Municipal, or PSU projects.
- Strong knowledge of Government Tender (GeM/e-Procurement) processes.
- Excellent communication in Gujarati (mandatory).
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Experience drafting official letters and government correspondence.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Experience
- 3–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Smart City, GIS, Survey, Infrastructure, Engineering, IT, or e-Governance projects.
- Knowledge of government procurement and tender filing processes.
- Familiarity with project documentation and compliance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA or PMP certification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
