We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content. As a Creative Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualization:
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual content, considering project objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that effectively communicate the brand message.
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations for both digital and print media
- Adapt the design to the required dimensions
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative multimedia elements into designs
Collaboration and Communication
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to team members
Feedback and Revisions
- Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
