Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and promote knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and integrations within ServiceNow HRSD.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to HRSD modules.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and configuration management in the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of best practices for scalable and maintainable software development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
