About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Craft Helpers to join our creative manufacturing team. The role involves assisting with handmade crafts, miniature models, décor products, assembly, finishing, packing, and general workshop activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist craftsmen and designers in making craft and décor products.
- Help with cutting, sanding, assembling, painting, and finishing work.
- Assist in making miniature models, decorative items, and customized products.
- Handle basic workshop tools and materials safely.
- Assist with MDF, plywood, pinewood, clay, and other craft materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organize materials in the workshop.
- Help with product packing and dispatch.
- Follow instructions and complete assigned work
Requirements
- No specific educational qualification required.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Interest in handicrafts, art, carpentry, miniature making, or creative work is an advantage.
- Basic hand skills and willingness to learn.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Prior experience in craft, carpentry, painting, or workshop work is preferred but not mandatory.
