We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage team.
As a Guest Service Associate in the Food & Beverage department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests in the restaurant.
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Providing detailed information about the menu and making recommendations.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
