Job Summary
Akasa Finance Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Collection Executive to manage customer visits, collect overdue payments, and maintain healthy customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers to collect overdue EMI/payments.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
- Resolve customer queries related to payment and collections.
- Achieve assigned collection targets within timelines.
- Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies during field visits.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
