- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Contact prospective customers and explain available real estate projects.
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and documentation departments when required.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.
