1. Job Summary
Greenleaf Envirotech Ltd. is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and closing positions across technical, engineering, site, and corporate roles. The candidate should be capable of closing positions within defined timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
. Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and project teams
- Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, references, and databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job criteria
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Ensure continuous candidate follow-up and engagement
- Manage offer release and salary negotiation
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
Required Skills

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- MS Excel and reporting knowledge
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience in engineering / environmental / construction / project hiring preferred
- Experience in bulk or site hiring is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
