Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end client service operations.
- Coordinate with sales, vendor and client.
- Lead, train, and supervise the operations staff.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational budgets.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in any operations.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
