· Analyzing the purchase requirement.
· Responsibility for timely clearance of supplier bills.
· Monitoring the all types of material inventory in the in-house Software
· Preparation of layout of stores for storage of material as per nature
· Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
· Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed
· Receive, inspect, and store goods properly
· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
· Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of items
· Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
· Handle documentation like invoices, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and stock reports
· Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
· Use inventory management software (ERP systems like SAP, Tally, etc.)
· Inventory monitoring
· Submission of MIS Reports
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
