Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers politely and process purchases quickly and efficiently.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, scan items, and ensure accurate billing.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital wallet transactions securely.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as per company policies.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance it at the end of each shift.
- Assist in packaging/bagging purchased items when needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, or offers.
- Report any discrepancies, technical issues, or suspicious activities to the Store Manager.
- Follow store SOPs for cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
