Position Summary
We are looking for a smart, mature, and highly professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily business operations, coordination, communication, and strategic follow-ups. The candidate should possess excellent grasping power, strong communication skills, business understanding, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meetings), reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Follow up with departments for pending tasks, reports, and action items.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information responsibly.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and various departments.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, consultants, and management teams.
- Ensure timely communication and execution of management instructions.
- Draft emails, letters, presentations, and management documents in professional English.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Maintain records, trackers, and business data systematically.
- Assist in preparing presentations and analytical summaries for management review.
Technology & System Management
- Use MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, email systems, and digital tools efficiently.
- Support management in organizing digital records and communication systems.
- Coordinate online meetings and virtual communication platforms professionally.
Candidate RequirementsEducation
- Graduation is mandatory.
- MBA or additional management qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Management Coordinator in manufacturing or similar industry.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Strong grasping and understanding capability.
- Mature and sensible approach towards work handling.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary & Benefits
