Main Duties
- Prepare section, ensure mise-en-place and follow recipes/standards
- Maintain FIFO, portion control, and minimize wastage
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food quality
- Coordinate with team and manage kitchen operations
- Conduct stock checks and verify material quality
- Report equipment issues
Ancillary Duties
- Support food production and maintain quality standards
- Assist in menu planning and requisitions
- Prepare and cook food as per guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
- Monitor food quality and assist in service
General Duties
- Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and punctuality
- Ensure teamwork and professional conduct
