Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage the end-to-end documentation for our two-wheeler dealership in Vellore. You will be primary responsible for vehicle invoicing, error-free RTO registration paperwork, and insurance processing to ensure seamless vehicle deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
1. RTO Registration & Documentation Prepare documents for permanent and temporary vehicle registrations. Coordinate directly with the Vellore Regional Transport Office (RTO) or regional agents. Upload details accurately onto the Government Vahan Portal. Track RC smart cards and update customers on registration status.
2. Invoicing & Billing Generate tax invoices for vehicle sales, accessories, and extended warranties. Verify payment receipts including cash, finance approvals, and online transfers before billing. Maintain digital ledgers of day-to-day sales transactions in the dealership ERP. Reconcile stock data against vehicles invoiced daily.
3. Insurance Management Issue new policies using online portals of tied-up insurance providers. Process renewals and handle data corrections for customer insurance certificates. Explain policy coverage (First-party, Zero-depreciation, Third-party) to the sales team. Submit files to insurance companies promptly to ensure active coverage at delivery. Job Requirements Education: Any Bachelor's degree (B. Com, BBA, or BSc preferred). Experience: 1–3 years in an automotive dealership back-office role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, and the Vahan portal.
Languages: Fluent in Tamil (essential for RTO/local coordination) and functional English. Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Katpadi -Vellore. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience). Benefits: Statutory PF & ESI.
