Role Overview
Aashish Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead brand building, lead generation, and marketing initiatives across its real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be strategic, result-oriented, and capable of driving both digital and offline marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Lead digital marketing, social media, performance campaigns, and events.
- Manage agency partners, marketing budgets, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate quality leads and improve conversions.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
