Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Telecaller to handle outbound patient engagement and referrals. The role involves connecting with potential patients, explaining Ayurvedic treatments, and converting inquiries into clinic visits while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential patients and explain Ayurvedic treatments and services
- Generate patient interest and convert leads into confirmed appointments
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with clinics/hospitals
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in CRM/Excel
- Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines strictly
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and appointment conversion goals
- Handle follow-ups to maximize patient engagement and conversion
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or healthcare outreach
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a patient-first approach
- Ability to explain healthcare services clearly and ethically
- Sales awareness with focus on conversion and target achievement
- Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory); basic English preferred
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based, no upper cap

Working Schedule
- 6 days working (Sunday fixed off)
- Office-based role in Azadpur, Delhi
