We are looking for a competitive and reliable Male & Female candidate for Sales & Marketing to help us develop our business business.
Sales & Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the development of sales strategies.
- Conducting extensive research on competitors' services.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Preparing monthly sales performance report by analysing the data accurately and presenting to the higher management.
- Identifying customer needs and requirements.
- Finding out various potential customers via cold calling, networking, in person etc.
Sales & Marketing Executive Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree (B.com/BA/Diploma)
- Proven work experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or a similar role in the sales department with 2-5 years of experience (Fresher can also apply)
- Knowledge of modern sales techniques.
- Good communication (spoken & written) and networking skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Understanding of commercial trends and sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Person should have driving licence
Male Candidate – both 2 & 4 wheeler licence
Female Candidate – 2 wheeler licence
- Field work will be mandatory for Male & Female candidates.
Salary Scale:
- Salary will be as per indusrrial standards + Rs. 150/- Travelling per day.
