Job Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive with experience in the recruitment or staffing industry. The candidate will be responsible for client calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and business conversion through telecalling activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads
* Explain company services and schedule meetings for the sales team
* Follow up with existing and new clients regularly
* Maintain client database and update call records
* Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
* Build strong client relationships through effective communication
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and convincing skills
* Experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or client coordination
* Knowledge of recruitment/staffing processes is added advantage
* Good negotiation and follow-up skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email communication
Eligibility
* Any Graduate
* Experience in recruitment consultancy / telesales preferred
