Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain our products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or sales discussions when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive relationship.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or a similar role.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
