Preamble Design is looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer – Interior Project Execution to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in interior project execution, with strong knowledge of site management, technical drawings, BOQs, contractors, and vendor coordination.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth on-site execution while maintaining quality, timelines, design standards, and coordination between all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day interior site execution.
- Ensure all work is executed accurately as per architectural, civil, and interior drawings.
- Read, understand, and implement working drawings, BOQs, specifications, and details.
- Coordinate effectively with designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, material requirements, and execution schedules.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure work meets the company's design and execution standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports and update project tracking systems.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper site cleanliness, safety, workmanship, and discipline.
- Follow up with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Assist in quantity verification, measurements, and basic site-related documentation.
- Be willing to travel to project sites within Delhi/NCR, as required.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior execution/site supervision.
- Strong understanding of interior construction and finishing works.
- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical and working drawings.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Familiarity with project management/digital tracking software is preferred. Training will be provided.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-driven and execution-focused approach.
- Should be proactive, responsible, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + perks, depending on experience and suitability
