We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Explain course details, curriculum, fees, batch schedules, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM/software.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and resolve candidate queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counseling and Admissions team.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong telecalling, sales, and follow-up abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and strong negotiation skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Educational Counseling.
- Graduation preferred.
- Experience in the Education, Training, EdTech, or Skill Development industry will be an added advantage.
