Overview:
North America, one of the core business regions of PepsiCo is looking at continuing to build and develop its product portfolio in sync with consumer needs. To that end, this business is seeking strong expertise and partnership with the team at S&T India. To meet this challenge, we are investing in a subject matter expert who will be in a position to manage projects & deliver tailored learnings to the BU.
This person will be expected to work with the BU & key vendor partners to deliver reporting, analytics and day-to-day customer support. This role will be based in Hyderabad and the candidate is expected to have extensive previous creative testing / brand health / Innovation testing (quantitative consumer research), project management and analysis experience.
The role will be critical to increase the impact and efficiency of these capabilities by facilitating knowledge sharing and expertise across ICC and PepsiCo regions, executing ad-hoc projects by using all sources of information available in the program and supporting to create compelling stories.
Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:

Work on project-based report storytelling and recommendations – provide objective, expert perspective (“so what”, “why” and “what to do” synthesis) to Sector Insights teams in North America.

Build expertise in the ADA Creative, Innovation & BBE Tools – methodology/interpretation and answer sector and BU questions and provide analytical support as needed

Present some report sections under the supervision of a manager to key stakeholders in the insights team + support Insights team /present the results to the cross-functional teams and business leaders where needed

Work closely with other Insights team members to lift and shift internal best practices.

Qualifications:
5 - 6 years Insights experience with prior experience in creative / innovation testing / brand health tracking - preferably in a market research agency like Kantar, Ipsos or Nielsen.
Existing research methodology knowledge, experience in giving actionable business recommendations based on learnings/synthesis of data.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Experience of working with global, regional and local insights professionals required
