Overview: Hiring a Senior F5 Engineer to lead enterprise ADC architecture, automation, and L4–L7 traffic management for mission-critical banking applications, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
Role Details: Domain: F5 Load Balancing Engineering | Experience: 7+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement F5 architectures (TMOS & F5OS – rSeries/VELOS)
- Lead TMOS to F5OS tenant migration strategy and execution
- Engineer L4–L7 traffic management solutions (LTM, SSL/TLS, content switching)
- Develop iRules, Local Traffic Policies, and advanced routing solutions (BGP, RHI)
- Design HA architectures (DSC, Active/Active, DR strategies)
- Drive automation using AppViewX, AS3, DO, FAST, Ansible, Terraform, Python
- Enable CI/CD pipelines and self-service onboarding capabilities
- Perform deep troubleshooting (tcpdump, ssldump, performance analysis)
- Define standards, architecture patterns, and documentation
- Mentor engineers and act as L3/L4 escalation point
Must-Have Skills:
- F5 BIG-IP (LTM) and F5OS platforms (rSeries/VELOS)
- L4–L7 load balancing, SSL/TLS, iRules, Local Traffic Policies
- BGP, RHI, Route Domains, multi-DC traffic management
- Automation: AppViewX, AS3/DO/FAST, Ansible, Terraform, Python
- CI/CD, Git-based workflows, Infrastructure-as-Code
- Advanced troubleshooting with tcpdump, ssldump

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience
