Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and help the team deliver a great dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Operations:* Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. Ensure smooth service, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
2. *Team Management:* Train, schedule, and supervise waitstaff, kitchen helpers, and cashiers. Motivate team and handle shift conflicts.
3. *Customer Service:* Address guest queries/complaints promptly. Maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
4. *Inventory & Orders:* Monitor stock levels, place orders for raw materials, and minimize wastage.
5. *Sales & Billing:* Track daily sales, manage POS/billing, and assist with cash handling.
6. *Quality Control:* Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency match brand standards.
7. *Reporting:* Share daily reports on sales, staff attendance, and issues to the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements:
1. *Experience:* 1-3 years in restaurant/F&B operations. Prior supervisory role preferred.
2. *Skills:* Strong communication, team leadership, problem-solving, and basic computer/POS knowledge.
3. *Qualifications:* Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field is an advantage.
4. *Availability:* Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
