Role: Front Office Executive/Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage visitor records, couriers, and emails.
- Schedule appointments and meeting rooms.
- Maintain the reception area and office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to different departments.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
Pay: ₹25,505.76 - ₹40,000.00 per month
