Adequate knowledge of the following,
1. Autocad
2. Google Sketchup
3. Civil work & construction
4. Interior designing
5. MEP = mechanical, electrical & plumbing work of big sites
6. General electrical equipment like Genset, Electrical panel, Servo etc
Good exposure & experience of the following,
1. Managing workers on site working for carpentery, electrical, plumbing or civil jobs
2. General maintenance of engineering equipment
Required to oversee work in stores & general site supervision where required.
