Job Title: Back-End Developer
Location: Jaipur
Type: On-Site, Full-Time
We are looking for a Back-End Developer who can build, manage and maintain the server-side functionality of websites and web applications for our clients.
The role will involve working on both existing client websites and new development projects, ensuring the systems behind the website are secure, scalable, fast and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the back-end architecture of client websites and web applications.
- Build APIs, databases, authentication systems and other server-side functionalities.
- Work on existing client websites to fix issues, improve performance and add new features.
- Develop the back-end for new websites and digital platforms based on project requirements.
- Integrate front-end interfaces with databases, APIs and third-party services.
- Create and manage admin panels, dashboards, CMS integrations and user management systems.
- Design and maintain databases with proper structure, security and performance.
- Handle payment gateway, email, OTP, form, CRM and other third-party integrations wherever required.
- Troubleshoot server-side bugs and functionality issues.
- Ensure proper data security, validation and authentication across projects.
- Optimise applications for speed, scalability and reliability.
- Coordinate with front-end developers, designers and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Manage website deployment, server configurations and production updates when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and clean, reusable code.
- Support ongoing website maintenance and technical requirements for multiple clients.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of at least one back-end technology such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Laravel, Django or similar frameworks
- Good understanding of REST APIs and API development
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar
- Understanding of user authentication, authorisation and session management
- Knowledge of server-side security and data validation
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control
- Experience with hosting, servers, domains, SSL and deployment
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure or similar will be preferred
- Experience with WordPress back-end development or custom plugins will be an advantage
- Knowledge of payment gateways, CRM integrations and third-party APIs will be preferred

Experience
