Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and creative design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging marketing posters and promotional creatives.
- Manage and update the company website.
- Handle social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in website management (WordPress or similar platforms preferred).
- Strong skills in poster designing using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content planning.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
