Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, convert leads into customers, and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers across different cities and states.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from provided leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively to customers
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication to close sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer details
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and dispatch
- Handle basic office tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and/or regional languages preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers from different cities and states
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Experience
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support
- Experience in sales or lead conversion will be an added advantage
- The dadication of work is appreciateble, If you have not too much knowledge in the field it should be fine.

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
