Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works
- Attend breakdown complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain and monitor hospital equipment and utilities (DG sets, UPS, AC units, etc.)
- Assist Biomedical Engineer in minor repairs of medical equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of lighting, water supply, and sanitation systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule
- Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and hospital protocols
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and AMC services
- Support emergency situations (power failure, equipment breakdown, etc.)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
