Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for the Head of Recruitment based in Mumbai. The role
involves leading and strategizing the entire talent acquisition function, ensuring alignment with the
Foundation’s mission, values, and long-term growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and manage the recruitment team and set KPIs
- Collaborate with leadership for workforce planning
- Oversee job descriptions and hiring processes
- Drive talent sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipeline
- Ensure efficient hiring processes
- Enhance candidate experience
- Develop employer branding initiatives
- Lead campus hiring programs
- Collaborate with marketing for recruitment campaigns
- Track and present recruitment metrics
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
- Improve recruitment processes continuously
- Represent organization at career events
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of recruitment experience with leadership exposure
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
