Tsugami Programmer and Operator – Job Description
Job Title: Tsugami CNC Programmer & Operator
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tsugami CNC Programmer and Operator to program, set up, and operate Tsugami sliding head (Swiss-type) CNC machines. The ideal candidate should have experience in precision machining, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and optimize machine performance for high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Programming & Setup:
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Tsugami sliding head machines using G-code and CAM software. CNC Turning, 2D , 3D ,
- Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for efficient operation.
✔ Machine Operation:
- Operate Tsugami CNC machines to manufacture precision components.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Perform tool changes and offsets as required.
✔ Quality Control & Inspection:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure components meet specifications.
- Conduct in-process inspections and troubleshoot machining issues.
✔ Maintenance & Efficiency:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on Tsugami machines.
- Identify process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate production logs and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tsugami CNC programming & operation.
- Hands-on experience with Fanuc controls and CAM software (such as Mastercam, Esprit, or similar).
✔ Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of G-code programming and toolpath optimization.
- Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.).
✔ Soft Skills:
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting machine errors.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with multi-axis Swiss-type machining.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
