About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate MICE Sales Executive / Manager who will take ownership of lead generation, corporate relationship building, proposal pitching, commercial discussions, and deal closures.
This is a 100% sales-focused role and does not involve on-ground event operations or execution responsibilities. Once business is confirmed, all planning, logistics, and operational execution will be handled by our dedicated backend and operations team.
The selected candidate will act as the primary business contact for corporate clients and will be expected to understand each client’s objectives, business culture, event expectations, and travel requirements before proposing customized MICE solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive complete Corporate MICE sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Identify and approach new corporate clients, SMEs, startups, and enterprise accounts
- Develop strong relationships with HR teams, Admin departments, Procurement managers, CXOs, and decision makers
- Conduct sales meetings, virtual presentations, and requirement discussions
- Understand client goals and recommend suitable MICE solutions such as:
- Incentive Trips
- Conferences
- Leadership Offsites
- Dealer Meets
- Annual Meetings
- Exhibitions
- Corporate Events
- Prepare detailed commercial proposals, quotations, costing discussions, and sales presentations
- Coordinate internally for pricing, destination planning, and feasibility before proposal submission
- Handle price negotiations and commercial closures professionally
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Maintain active follow-up pipeline and sales conversion discipline
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to operations team
- Attend networking opportunities, business events, and industry exhibitions where relevant
- Share market insights, client feedback, and competitor observations with management
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in Corporate MICE Sales or Corporate Travel Sales
- Strong understanding of B2B sales process and corporate buying behavior
- Knowledge of domestic and international MICE products
- Strong negotiation ability with revenue-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation skills
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to work independently and close business confidently
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, email communication, and CRM systems

- Existing corporate client base will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in selling conferences, incentive travel, exhibitions, or business events
