Salary & Benefits
For 10th / +2 / Degree Candidates
- CTC: ₹20,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 per month

For ITI Candidates (NAPS Trainee)
- Stipend: ₹17,500 per month - Under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)
For Diploma Candidates (NAPS Trainee)
Stipend: ₹19,000 per month - Under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)
Job Responsibilities
- Assembling components and products as per production requirements
- Handling and maintaining quality standards
- Testing finished products and ensuring quality compliance
- Following safety procedures and company guidelines
- Supporting production and operational activities
Working Hours 8-Hour Rotational Shifts
- Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Shift 3: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Facilities
- Transportation provided for candidates residing within 3–5 km of the company location.

- Assistance for finding accommodation can be provided (approximate rent below ₹2,000 per month).
