About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Talent Acquisition who can drive end-to-end recruitment while acting as a strategic HR partner to business leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.
This role requires a strong understanding of business needs, people management, and HR best practices to support organizational growth while ensuring an excellent employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and manage candidate communication.
- Negotiate salary, prepare offer letters, and ensure successful offer acceptance.
- Monitor candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Improve hiring efficiency by reducing Time-to-Hire and Cost-per-Hire.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Drive campus recruitment and lateral hiring initiatives whenever required.
- Develop and strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and department heads.
- Understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Support workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and succession planning.
- Provide HR guidance to managers on people-related matters.
- Partner with leadership in driving organizational effectiveness and productivity.
- Assist business teams in resource planning and organizational restructuring when required.
Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and orientation programs.
- Facilitate seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends for continuous improvement.
Performance Management
- Support implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations.
- Guide managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Track employee performance metrics and identify development opportunities.
- Ensure timely completion of appraisal cycles.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvement plans.
- Organize employee recognition and reward programs.
- Drive wellness initiatives and team-building activities.
- Implement retention strategies to improve employee experience and reduce attrition.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Maintain healthy employee-management relationships.
- Ensure fair implementation of company policies.
- Support disciplinary actions whenever required.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory labour laws.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support audits related to HR compliance.
- Coordinate HR policies, SOP implementation, and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to organizational HR standards and regulatory requirements.
HR Analytics & MIS
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR dashboards.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and HR KPIs.
- Generate MIS reports for leadership.
- Monitor recruitment effectiveness and employee retention trends.
- Provide data-driven insights for business decision-making.
Learning & Development
- Identify employee training needs.
- Coordinate internal and external learning programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
- Assist in competency mapping and succession planning.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee skill development.
Organizational Development & Change Management
- Support organizational restructuring initiatives.
- Participate in HR transformation and process improvement projects.
- Drive change management initiatives across departments.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Assist in implementing employee-centric HR practices.

Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, EPC, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
