1. Job Summary
The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining café standards, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong product knowledge, hygiene discipline, and a positive guest-focused attitude.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation
- Prepare all coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per company standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment safely.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quantity, and presentation.
Guest Service
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Provide product recommendations and suggest add-ons.
- Serve beverages and food items with proper etiquette.
Station & Hygiene Management
- Keep the barista station clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Follow FSSAI, hygiene, and safety guidelines strictly.
- Maintain cleaning schedules for machines and counters.
Inventory & Stock
- Check daily stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables.
- Report shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Support with receiving and storing inventory as required.
Cash Handling
- Process orders using POS system.
- Handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Maintain billing accuracy and avoid discrepancies.
Team Support
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for food orders.
- Support colleagues during peak hours.
- Follow all SOPs and company policies.
3. Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing and café operations (training will be provided).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, grooming, and discipline.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply).
4. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long hours.
- Should be able to lift small stock items (up to 10–15 kg).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
