We are seeking a driven and technically strong SDE who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and takes ownership of building scalable, production-grade systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing core backend/frontend systems, contributing to architectural decisions, and delivering high-impact end-to-end features. You will work closely with product, design, and leadership to transform ideas into powerful, reliable digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, production-ready software systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code with a strong emphasis on performance and reliability.
- Lead feature development end-to-end — from requirement analysis to deployment.
- Architect backend systems, APIs, and database structures for scalability and efficiency.
- Optimize application performance, debug production issues, and implement monitoring solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams to ship impactful features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software development in a product-based or startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (GoLang / Python / Node.js).
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design fundamentals.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git).
- Experience handling production issues, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Experience with caching systems (Redis), messaging queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Experience working with microservice architecture.
- Mentor interns and junior developers, providing technical guidance and improving overall code quality.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate modern technologies, AI tools, and automation workflows to improve engineering efficiency.
- Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of systems deployed in production.
Work Details:
Working hours: 10 AM – 6 PM | 6 days per week
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
