Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction
- Manage and supervise service, kitchen, and stewarding teams
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance
- Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and profitability
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and operational standards
- Coordinate with management on business growth and operational improvements
- Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and operational performance
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and teamwork across departments
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and cost management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and restaurant POS systems is preferred
