We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager for our Real Estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, attendance monitoring, policy implementation, and maintaining a productive work culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, CRM, Telecalling, Accounts, HR, and Site Operations teams.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR databases.
- Implement HR policies, company rules, and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluations and appraisal processes.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Organize training and motivational sessions for sales and non-sales staff.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and management.
- Monitor employee productivity and workplace discipline.
- Handle payroll coordination and compliance with labor laws.
- Support management in achieving company goals through effective manpower planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
- Experience in handling large sales teams and field staff is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
