Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller for Real Estate role based in Mohali. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential buyers, sellers, and investors, explain property details, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating CRM or lead management systems, following up with prospects, and scheduling site visits or meetings. The role also involves answering basic queries about projects, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and sharing feedback from customers to improve service and communication strategies. The Telecaller is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and active listening.
Basic computer literacy, with the ability to work with CRM or lead management tools and maintain accurate records.
Ability to explain property features, pricing, and benefits in simple terms and respond to common customer queries.
Goal-oriented mindset with the capacity to handle high call volumes, follow scripts where needed, and meet daily/weekly targets.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales support is preferred .
Comfort working in a fast-paced on-site environment in Mohali and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
Proficiency in English, Hindi and Punjabi languages
